Who we are
mySaboia is a web design studio operated by Cemcomco LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as Saboia Group, P.O. Box 52, Madison, CT 06443, USA ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@mysaboia.com.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), details about your business, your design preferences, the web address you'd like, your location and your availability for a call, plus any logo or photos you upload. When you contact us or request a change, we collect your name, email and message. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Our servers also keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Why we use it
To review your application, speak with you, prepare a proposal, design, build and host your website, reply to your messages, handle payments and invoices, and meet our legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU and UK), we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running our studio, and legal obligations.
Your application before you send it
While you fill in the application, your answers are saved only on your own device so you can continue later. They reach us only when you press send. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the studio: website hosting, email, video calls, payments and domain registration. Some of them may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
While you're a client, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounting. Applications that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA/CPRA, and people in the EU and UK the rights given by the GDPR, including complaining to a data protection authority. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above.
