About these terms
These terms apply when you work with mySaboia, a studio operated by Cemcomco LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as Saboia Group, P.O. Box 52, Madison, CT 06443, USA. Each project also has a written proposal; if the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
Applications
Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We review every application and may decline projects that aren't a good fit.
Payment
Projects are quoted in US dollars. A 50% deposit is due to begin work and the remaining 50% before launch. The monthly care plan starts when your website goes live and is billed monthly. Any taxes that apply are added as required by law.
Your content
You're responsible for having the rights to the text, photos and logos you send us, and you allow us to use them to build and run your website.
Revisions and changes
Each proposal includes rounds of revisions before launch. After launch, small changes (anything that takes up to an hour a month, such as new text, prices, opening hours or photos) are included in your care plan. Larger changes, such as new pages, features or a redesign, are quoted before we start.
Your domain
Your domain is registered for your business and renewed while your care plan is active. If you leave, we transfer it to you.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, the design and content of your website are yours. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Cancellation
You can cancel your care plan at any time with 30 days' notice. The deposit covers design work already done and isn't refundable once work has started.
Liability
We work with care and use reliable hosting, but we can't guarantee your website will never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
